Hey guys got a quick question on carb cycling. 3 low carb 1 high day. On low carb days are you supposed to consume any carbs pre workout? Thanks guys
you can, but its not necessary. depends on how low you want to go. i like keeping carbs as low as possible on low carb days, but i only work out 4 times a week and eat plenty of carbs on those days.
I always do. Of course on my ‘low’ days, I’m usually doing abs and interval work, so I need something in the tank. If you’ve scheduled an actual off-day from the gym for your low days, you could squeak on by with a minimal amount.
