Carb Cycling, Keep Same Total Calories?

Hey Guys,

I’ve read a couple t-nations articles on carb cycling and its made me want to do it for a while, this may be considered a stupid question but I’m new to this stuff lol I’m currently on 2340 calories a day 220 carbs, 70 fats and 206 protein. With carb cycling on a low carb day am I still expected to hit the 2340 calorie target or will I have to accept calories will drop if so by how much?
