I tried the skim version of this, because I am on t-dawg 2.0, but still love milk. It has 75% less carbs and 50% more protein than skim milk. (12g p, 3g c) The taste is actually pretty good, if you like skim milk, and it mixes good with protein powder. An 8oz serving with my whey totals 35g protein and only 5 carbs. I reccomend this to the milk lovers out their on reduced carb diets.
