Carb Backloading on Shifts

I’m thinking of getting John Kiefer’s Carb Backloading book but I work odd hours and wondering how it’d fit in. I work from 0130-0500 go home to bed for around 6oc and wake around 1300. I train Mon, Wed and Fri usually around 3oc. Has anyone used CBL while working odd hours or those that have read the book, would it give me the information needed to work it out for myself?
