Carb Backloading 2.0

Hey guys! Couple questions:

  1. Do you take anything preworkout besides a fatty meal? Any shakes ? Why take a preworkout supplement/why not?
  2. What should you eat before bed? Any examples?
  3. I heard a podcast where Kiefer said that you shouldnt take in any nutrition until an hour has past after your workout to get the best hormonal response. Do you guys follow this?
