They’re coming, I like that it’s effective though, just wish I had a spotter sometimes. I want to set some goals that I should be able to accomplish within the next few months.

good work on the squat looks like its coming along. what assistance program are you doing? looks like full body, how do you like it?

(you can just call them pull downs, or pull downs with underhand grip, or whatever :slight_smile:

I have switched to mostly boring but big and I do pull downs and flys, db press, situps and dips.
