2) Front Squats 3x6 of 60kg
3) Bench Press 3x6 of 65kg
4) Sumo Deadlift 3x6 of 85kg

PM Session

1) Squats (Ramping sets of 3) - 50,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95
2) Leg Press - 4x6 - 3 plates per side.
3) Leg Press Drop Set - +80 x 12, +60 x 12, +40 x 12.
