Hello allz I have a tiny problem with my back squat- I recently started a program for gaining strenght and olympic highbar atg squat is the first exercise and it seems that I can’t properly squeeze my shoulder blades or I don’t do it hard enough. Is there a video or something that I can practice my squeezing “skills” or something? Also one more question - when squatting - where should my traps be?
