Can't Squats or Deadlift Heavy

@Rhino- Not looking to train like a bodybuilder prefer to train basic full body movements and do some conditioning at the end of workouts, i like higher reps strength endurance type stuff :slight_smile:

In the long run wanting to up squat deadlift and chin up power( when i can heath wise)

Maybe start off doing kettlebell swings. I had back problems and kettlebells are a way to prepare for eventually doing the deadlift. I have a mate with the same problem and he swears by trap bar deadlifts, that is , if your gym has a trap bar
