i would also suggest doing overhead squats if you can slowly getting your grip narrower and narrower. just do them right (shoulder blades touching together, palms facing up, elbows locked out, arms going “backwards” . and… squat. go for reps, start with just the bar. good thing IMO with these is that not only are you stretching you are doing the stretch while your muscles/bones are where you will need them in exercizes e.g. shoulder blades touching together
