Heres my problemo…The only gym I have access doesnt have dumbbells over 80 and no barbells and one EZ Curl Bar and a Smith Machine. I like to lift big meaning not higher than 5reps per set and liked to stick to the big compound movements (deads,squats,presses)…So my question is, are there any creative exercises I can do to still lift big?..For example the other day I did deads with the EZ Curl Bar (harder than I thought)
