read a article on this website not too long ago (no more then 6 months) was an interview with a powerlifter/bodybuilder, i have searched and cant find it, i am looking for the routine the interver gave, it involved from what i remember monday a heavy bench day, i believe the interver was a bodybuilder who lifted like a powerlifter or was going into powerlifting from bodybuilding or vise versa. i remember at the top of the article one of the first questions was what his routine was. cant find it any were. help please!!!!
