can't find article

Search engine not working…Can’t seem to find the article, I believe by Poliquin in regards to training muscle groups more than once a week… Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if there are others can you kindly let me know as I’m thinking to switching to this protocol. Thanks

poliquin recommends hitting each muscle group once every 5 days.

ex. monday-tuesday off wednesday, thursday off friday. repeat on saturday
