i hurt my left knee last week, am getting difficulties doing exercises that work the Hamstrings, especially leg curls and Romanian Deadlifts, and squat is the only exercise that i can do without any pain. is that enough for now till my knee gets well, or should i stop doing even the squat till it get better?
It really depends on the severity of the injury. First, do no harm. Do as much as you can without re-injuring the kneecap.
I mean, even if you do decide not to do ham work, how long will your recovery be?
maybe i will need 3-4 weeks
That's a reasonable time. I'd totally baby my leg. Better one month off serious training than six, you know?
