Cannot Figure Out Wave Ladders Rest Time

Hello coach and fellow lifters.After a very successful run on your Hep layer system,I wish to try your wave ladder approach.My problem is that I haven’t found any info about rest times between rungs and each wave.I always thought that for traditional ladders we;d rest 10-30 secs, similar to clusters.Am I right, or do you advocate a different rest time?
Lastly, frequency? would it be ok to use ladders more than once per week for each lift?if not, would some density training be ok?
