Stuff like spam, turkey and chicken in a can is that type of stuff healthy to eat?
Pass on the spam. You can get chicken in the bag like tuna now and it makes for a quick meal when you cant heat up anything. Just dont stock up on it because you dont wanna cook.
It’s just time, im working 3 jobs now and going to uni online and getting to the gym 6 days a week i thought canned meat might be better then cooking everything on sunday for the week
I eat two cans of chicken, and two cans of tuna everyday. Just make sure you wash it well to get rid of a lot of the sodium.
