Hi i have some questions for this program which i find very interesting.
First if my spealing or some part of the text doesn’t make sense then tell me and i will try to write it better because im from a foreign country.

The exercises for the assistance work in the first 6 weeks should they consist of smaller exercises like Tate presses or dips if the weak spot is the triceps. Or should be exercises that are more close to the main exercises like close grip bench.

Then on the remidial days in the next phase of the program should the choice of exercises consist of exercises that are close to the original lift.

Is this Thibaudeu’s program? Also known as CAD?

Yes it is, i didn’t know it was refered to as CAD
