Canadian Non-linear Autoregulating Progressive Resistance Training Question

Hello CT, I was wondering if this type of training would be good for a beginner. Also could one with this type of training focus on fat loss while maintaining or even adding strength? Thank You

No in both cases. It’s a powerlifting cycle designed for an intermediate-advanced powerlifter. Not a beginner and certainly not for fat loss (although a powerlifter who needs to make weight could use it on a slight caloric restrictive diet).
