Canadian Ascending-Descending


I have a copy of the original CAD article, from the other site you wrote for. With everything you've learned, what updates/ modifications would you suggest to the original program?

Oh yeah, when will we see the pdf book? I've heard it will be at CF's site.


The program pretty much stayed as it was. However I created several variations of the program to fit many types of sports.

I've also used a "circuit" version of the ascending-desending program: performing one set of each exercise with 60-90 seconds of rest, then repeating for the required number of circuits.

I'v also create a program similar which includes 4 workouts:

Upper body push
Quads dominant
Upper body pull
Hips dominant

It does have the same exercise division, but is only performed as a descending workout.
