Canadian Ascending-Descending Power Training



This workout has been phenomenal and so much fun. I love how you do it in opposite orders (i.e squatting at the beginning on day 1 and squat at the end of day 3).

Do you still do star complexes in reverse order anymore?


Me no since it’s the way I train. But I still use the format.


I did a Google search to learn about this program, and it looks amazing. Effective, as well, to say the least! I see it’s lower-body specific. Is there anything similar for upper-body that could be paired with it for a complete Ascending-Descending program?


You can use the same format for upper body pushing and trspain the pulling muscles more for hypertrophy
