100kg on front squats is no joke…how are you holding the bar?

With a 3 finger clean grip.
I tried the cross arm grip and can’t for the life of me keep it in place.

Friday work out:
Sumo DLs: 15 @ 180kg
OHP: 14 @ 60kg
Squats: 2x30 @ BW

Accessory:
Face pulls and tricep extensions

Notes:
So only got 4 hours sleep last night, made the mistake of ‘trying out’ Diablo iii.
Warm ups on DLs felt meh but 160 felt pretty good and 180 felt great.
Was also aiming for 15 reps on OHP but ran out of steam.

Just to set the mood for sumo.

Squats: 2x8 @ 160kg
8+(12 reps)
Good mornings: 2x15 @ 60kg
BOR: 3x15 @ 80kg

Notes:
Work out got cut short tonight.
Almost forgot I’d promised to spend time with the missus lol
Everything moved well, might try to do some accessory work today.

Wednesday work out:
OHP: 2x5 @ 65kg
5+(9 reps)
Snatch grip DLs: 20 @ 130kg

Accessory:
Face pulls, lateral raises, tricep extensions and curls.

Notes:
Everything moved well, was out of breath after the set of 20 on the DLs.
Lower body DOMs from Monday’s session were hanging around making things a little bit more fatiguing than they should have been.
Timing was pretty tight on accessory work but got everything I wanted done.

OHP: 14 @ 60kg
Push ups: 2x30 @ BW
Shrugs: 3x15 @ 80kg

Accessory:
Face pulls and curls.

Notes:
Still a little stiff from last session, so squats felt a bit rough.
Otherwise everything went pretty well.

Squats: 2x10 @ 150kg
10+ @ 150kg (15reps)
Pause OHP: 3x5 @ 55kg
BOR: 3x15 @ 80kg

Accessory:
Tricep extensions and lateral raises.

Notes:
So today was a bit of an interesting workout,
Was feeling pretty meh today.
Warm up wasn’t anything special but first set went well and everything there after felt really good.
Interestingly on the set of 15 my calves were the first to fatigue lol not something that’s happened before.

OHP: 12 @ 55kg, 8 @ 60kg, 6 @ 65kg, 4 @ 70kg
Good mornings: 10 @ 60,80,100kg
BOR: 2x12 @ 100kg

Accessory:
Face pulls and walking lunges.

Notes:
Upper back is a bit fatigued from last session.
Did a bit of a @simo74 on the last rep of OHP.
Longest rep in history, Got just above the head and lost all momentum.

So finally back at work today, so backed off a bit weight wise.
Went to try on my work shorts in the morning and couldn’t button then up… Chonk life.
Run out of energy after the 20th rep on squats, the last 5 reps probably took as long as the first 10 lol
Used a festool grinder on some weatherboards and my today and my upper back was knackered.
Had no energy for BORs.

Y dafuq would u do a set of 25 on squats. Crazy people do 20 reps what does that make u
