Friday work out:
Squats: 3x10 @ 140kg
OHP: 10 @ 40,50,60kg
AMRAP @ 50KG (15 reps)
BOR: 2x15 @ 80kg
AMRAP @ 80KG (20reps)

Notes:
Squats have been pretty easy recently but I’ve become pretty rotund since stage 4 lockdown.
Word on the street is they are going to try extend stage 4 for a extra week or two.
Full chonk here I come

Monday work out:
Squats: 12 @ 140kg, 10 @ 150kg, 8 @ 160kg
Good mornings: 2x10 @ 60kg
Push ups: 3x30 @ +10kg

Accessory:
Curls, face pulls and lateral raises.

Notes:
Squats felt pretty good, did run out of steam at the end though.
Have been doing a bit of circuit/body weight stuff on days off to increase cardio/burn a few more calories

Snatch grip DLs: 2x14 @ 140kg

Accessory:
Face pulls and tricep extensions

Notes:
Things moved well, hamstrings were starting to fatigue towards the end.
Had a physio appointment today because I’ve spent way to much time on screens this lockdown and I’ve started getting head aches.
Also got a lovely letter in the mail from the anti lockdown-ers?

Face mask mandatory. Outside that anything goes. Gym clothes is good because after we put dictator dan and his mates thru the guillotine it’s straight the to gym for everyone

Tricep extensions, lateral raises and curls.

Notes:
Little bit of DOMs from last session.
Tempo squats always start off well but by the last set/reps I’m quite out of go.
Arm pump has been pretty awesome theses days.

Monday work out:
Squats: 5x5 @ 160kg
Push ups: 3x30 @ +10kg

Accessory:
Face pulls

Notes:
Quick one today, the missus got asked to cover night duty so re-arranged times around that.
Squats felt a bit vomit inducing (4th set was definitely the worst)
Lockdown has been extended for 2 weeks, awesome… I haven’t actually gained much weight but I’m not moving around enough.
I feel lethargic and soft.

Front squats: 10 @ 60kg, 8 @ 80kg, 6 @ 100kg.
2x15 @ 60kg
BOR: 3x10 @ 100kg

Accessory:
Face pulls, lateral raises, tricep extensions and curls.

Notes:
Tried front squatting, it went horrible.
Light weight is kind of ok but I had trouble holding position at the bottom as things got heavier.
I might switch them out for a high bar style and try workon the form after.
