Eh hope i grow a little taller. My dads 6’4 and mums 5’1 so i’m lucky to be 5’8.5

I am happy to be be 80ish but would love 15kg less fat and 15kg more muscle !!! Lol

There were a couple of young guys doing the under 80kg strongman at the Arnold yesterday who were exactly that. Just about my height, in the 80kg class so probably 79kg. But fk me very low fat and lots of muscle…jealous much !!!

Did you see any blokes from WA compete? I know a few of them.

Didn’t get to ask what state they were from. I only saw the women and the men’s under 80kg yesterday so if you know anyone who was in that then yes I would have watched them.

New weigh in: 81.7kg

Squat: 15 @ 140kg
Pause squat: 1 @ 150,160,170,180kg

Accessory;
NG pull ups: 15 @ BW
5 @ 10,15kg
Log press: 20 @ Log+10kg

Notes:
So I’ve switched over to a new type of long lasting insulin (the Levemir FlexPen)
Its twice a day instead of the once a day (Lantus Solostar) I had before.
Went to the gym on Monday was planing to rep 160kg but after 5 reps it wasn’t feeling right at all
and then I realised.
Id forgoten to take the second injection that day.
So spent the week getting that down and went back in today, Need to make it a habit.
