Squats: 1 @ 170kg,
6 @ 160kg
16 @ 140kg
Log press: 10 @ Log
5 @ log+10kg
2x5 @ log+20kg

Accessory:
Seated cable rows
low to high cable flys

Notes:
New plan is to stick with 160kg on the squat and add a rep to the topset every sunday.

Wednesday training:
Pre gym dog walk
absolutely no energy, lack of sleep is catching up with me.

took mini deload
Log press: 15 @ log+10kg
5 @ log+20kg
20 @ log+10kg.

Accessory:
BOR: 3x10 @ 80kg
Goodmorning: 3x20 @ 60kg

Notes:
excuses, excuses… I pretty much just need to go to bed earlier.

Friday workout:
Sick of Adulting.
I’m just going to sleep all weekend.

Deadlift:
5 @ 180kg
10 @ 150kg
20 @ 115kg

Felt sick called it and went home.

Notes:
Going to take the week off from the gym and move sundays workout to monday, unless I get some premium rest.

Edit: current weight 83.4kg
What I want to know is when can I compete in the @guineapig Class?

Almost there. Just chop off your foot and then it can compete in the 1kg class

Monday workout:
Dog was walked

Squats: 7 @ 160kg
1 @ 170,180kg
Pause squats: 3x3 @ 140kg

Accessory:
NG pullups: 5 @ 10,15kg
2x10 @ BW

High to Low cable flys, facepulls and hammer curl supersets.

Notes:
Got a bit of a break over and a massage the weekend.
Things moved much better in the gym.
lower body weight has a few bonuses, technically I can now rep out more than 2x BW on the squat*

*Technically cheating

1 @ Log+30kg
10 @ Log+15kg
12 @ Log+10kg

SSB Squat:
3x12 (30seconds rest) @ SSB+40kg

Seated cable rows:
3x15

Notes:
Starting wiith the log in the hang possition (around knees somewhere)
Its really more of a whole body exercise than a press.
will need to work on technique

Saturday workout:
So I’ve done something too mu neck and its causing issues with raising my arm above 90 degrees.

Pause Squat: 1 @ 160,170,180,190kg
3x3 @ 140kg

Accessory:
NG pull up 6 @ BW
10 @ +10kg
AMRAP @ BW (14)
Back Extensions: 3x20 @ +5kg
Log Press: 3x10 (30 seconds rest) @ Log+10kg

Facepulls superset

Notes:
190 Pause squat moved SO slowly but position was held and form didn’t break down so i guess that’s a positive.
Cleaned the log up and just strict pressed it this time to avoid aggravating neck issue.

Physique update/Lack of

Weight as of this morning: 83.5kg

Am starting to feel small lol Strength has held up pretty well with the loss of weight.
Would like to try and build some more mass (especially on my quads!) in the near future too, maybe in the latter half of this year or something.
