New plan is to stick with 160kg on the squat and add a rep to the topset every sunday.

Almost there. Just chop off your foot and then it can compete in the 1kg class

Got a bit of a break over and a massage the weekend.

Starting wiith the log in the hang possition (around knees somewhere)
Its really more of a whole body exercise than a press.

So I’ve done something too mu neck and its causing issues with raising my arm above 90 degrees.

Back Extensions: 3x20 @ +5kg
Log Press: 3x10 (30 seconds rest) @ Log+10kg

Notes:
190 Pause squat moved SO slowly but position was held and form didn’t break down so i guess that’s a positive.
Cleaned the log up and just strict pressed it this time to avoid aggravating neck issue.
