30g is too much, you’re stomach can’t digest that much. MOST people can digest 4-5 grams a day max and after that get diarrhea.

Unless he got it through IV (like former NFL linebacker Bill Romanowski) then he certainly wasn’t affected but the extra 25g he took when sick.

I’ve read tens of articles saying that you shouldn’t take antioxidants immediately after a workout. Have it in your post-workout meal and you’ll be fine.
