Your coaches don’t have you doing squats currently? If that’s the case, I’m thinking they probably have no clue what they’re doing.

But where am I going to learn the proper form for squats, deadlifts, etc? Because if the trainers can’t do it, and I don’t think relying on only a book is a good way to learn the form, how am I going to learn that?
