Anyways, I believe my form is good, but later my hip was popping when I put it at a certain angle and did hip circles(hip circle popping is normal for me though). My low back also feels a bit fatigued and relaxed, anyone know what this could be? Following 5/3/1, and I squatted 165 for 7 today. Noticed my legs weren't rising at the same time, and it felt almost like a "squatmorning" on the later reps, if you know what I mean. I'd appreciate some help, thanks!
