So far I’m still only getting the physical benefits of TRT which is nice, but no mental benefits. I was curious of chronic sleep deprivation over time could be the issue? I’m 23 and I usually get between 4 and 6 hours a night from Sunday night to Wednesday night, then I sleep like 8-10 hours from Thursday to Saturday night. I’ve been doing this for about 2 years, so averaging 5 hours a night for most of the week. Could that amount of missed sleep cover up the possible mental benefits of TRT? I have lack of motivation, no drive, and very tired mentally all the time.
Absolutely. Sleep deprivation is a surefire way to wreck your body physically and mentally (especially mentally).
