2 eggs or tuna or chicken
1 tsp of mayo

Baked potato with
chicken, or tunaa, bean with cheese,
or stir fry with chicken and noodles
Meal 6
1 scoop Protien shake with milk
or
150g cottage cheese with 50g peanut butter
I train in the mornings at 4 times a weeka and have a double scoop of protein with oats. I am trying to bulk up at the moment.
