Can I Get Advice On My Diet

Current weight is 85kg would like to get to 90kg.

Breakfast

50g oats
handfull mixed nuts
Strawberrys
1 scoop protein

Meal 2
125g rice
30/40g protien i.e chicken, turkey,tuna
veg

Meal 3
125g rice
30/40 protein
Fruit

Meal 4
2 Slices wholemeal bread
2 eggs or tuna or chicken
1 tsp of mayo
Fruit

Meal 5
Baked potato with
chicken, or tunaa, bean with cheese,
or stir fry with chicken and noodles

Meal 6
1 scoop Protien shake with milk
or
150g cottage cheese with 50g peanut butter

I train in the mornings at 4 times a weeka and have a double scoop of protein with oats. I am trying to bulk up at the moment.

How long have you been doing this? Have you gained weight on it?

This, and only this thus far.

The choices are fine. Can you provide the macronutrient and caloric amounts.

Like the other dudes said, we need more info, although my first thoughts is that you need to eat more.
