Can I Get a Hands In...

DBs top out at 140 at my gym, and when youre doing it several excerises in, fatigue is bound to kick in, and since when is db flying 80s something to scoff at? Like i said bro, believe it or not, facts are facts, and im not gonna go out of my way to prove it. I dont have some sort of Macho ego that needs appeasing here lol. IM not trying to rude to you of course, but it just doesnt bother me haha.

You’ve got to understand people’s skepticism when you inform us of your 500 lbs bench but don’t have a front pic or video. It IS the internet after all, you know what kind of people run around here.

I’d imagine most people wouldn’t admit they can’t deadlift what they bench (still crazy idea to me) but when you’re talking over 5 plates on each it’s a bit more respectable. Just a bit :wink:

Regardless, props on your work. Hopefully you stick around long enough to put those vids up then the skeptics will be bugging you about your routine and diet and well, yeah you get the idea.
