Can High Cortisol/Adrenergic Receptor Desensitization Mess Up Sleeping Patterns?

Hey coach ,

Wanted to ask you does high cortisol can lead to adrenergic receptor desensitization which can mess sleep and training and always feeling down and not motivated.

And no matter how much you try to push through it you dig the hole more and the symptoms be more stress ex when I train and push a bit hard that day my appetite gets suppressed and I eventually can’t sleep at all the days that I don’t train and eat well I can sleep better how can I get out of this situation

Health wise
Supplement wise

Reduce training volume, frequency for a while and stop pushing harder and harder keep some rep in the tank
