Can Fixing My Varicoceles lncrease T?

I am have low grade Varicoceles I am 38yo I don’t feel pain and it doesn’t affect my sperm count, anyone knows if it really worth it to fix it and see if my T increase ?
I am currently at boarder line T.

I got a varicocele fixed around 10 years ago due to the same reasons (borderline testosterone levels). In my experience, it helped with the pain but it did not improve sex hormones much. In all honesty, I wish I had done TRT much sooner. Varicocele causes progressive damage to the impacted testicle through ROS.

So should I fix it anyway to avoid the progressive damage (though I am 38 now I guess damage is done ?)

I would get it fixed anyway, but yeah it can be problematic for sure.
