Sorry for a might weird question but I’d like to know if there’s a chance that long use of creatine and protein in high doses can affect somebody’s hormone profile? I mean is it even possible for that to happen for such safe supplements like those? Thank you very much in advance !
Answer yourself the question - is it possible with eating a lot of chicken for long time?
Protein and creatine aren’t some kind of magical supplements or even “light gear”. They are just isolated nutrients that are already presnt in a diet of 99% people of the planet. So no worries - they shouldn’t in any different way than just typical protein you simply eat with your standard meals.
