Camping/Backpacking Foods?

Hey everyone,

I have just had a successful lean mass phase, but now I am camping/backpacking for some time. What are good high calorie/nutrient dense foods to maintain my bodyweight?Do any of you have experience camping and handling food on these types of trips?

-Protein powder, maybe some gatorade mix
-Beef jerky
-High quality trail mix
-Small jar of peanut butter and carrots/celery

Really those will be your best friend. Try not to obsess over it too much when you’re out enjoying the outdoors. If anything just make sure to hit your protein requirement.
