Camelback Training Log

Hey there, everybody. Camelback, here. I’m a 23 year old student finishing up my bachelor’s degree in exercise science. In the past, I have done very little to keep a written record of my progress. As a result, I feel like I’ve held myself back. This log is my attempt to stick to something, to log everything, and to stop leaving things to chance.
Currently I am running UD2 for my diet, trying to lean out before entering a hypertrophy block for about 12 weeks, and then move to a strength improvement phase. I am excited to grow and mature as a lifter.
My goals are really rather simple: to be strong, lean, and dangerous.
