Hi. I have just started this programming but was wondering how I the calves develop in line with the other major muscle groups as there appears to be limited work imposed them. I am not challenging as I have limited knowledge its just an honest question I am curious of. Great work out though, two weeks in and feeling a nice new ache.

In my life I’ve never done a single set of a calves exercise and included it maybe once in a client’s program.
