whats up guys? right now im in the middle of a test + d-bol cycle
im done with my d-bol at 25 mg for 4 weeks. my lower back would get so pumped i couldnt tie my shoes. so im taking 2 shots a week at 250mg/cc. im wondering what type of macronutrient breakdown i should be using . im 220 at 11%bf. i dont want to gain too much fat if any. my diet roughly is 330gmpro 300gmcarbs 100gm fat.also am interested in succesful traing splits while on gear. any vet advice appreciated p-22, justinp, mass
peace out-Dan

If your macronutrient breakdown is as you posted, then you’re roughly getting 3300 cals. IMO, for your bodyweight, this is probably JUST ENOUGH to maintain size. Whilst on an AAS cycle, your body turns into a high-performance machine such as a lamborghini for instance. And as we all know, a lamborghini will need to be refilled much more frequently than a pinto. The bottom line is that you need to gradually up your cals. Initially, I’d up protein by 30-40gms, carbs by 30-40gms. and fat by 10-15gms. This should put you up to ~3700 cals.
Good luck

I think you should bump your calories up even further. Your protein intake, first off, should be double your body weight when on a cycle. This is just my opinion, but biologically speaking, all the juice in the world won’t help you grow unless you have the nitrogen from the protein to create those gains.

Here is a trick I like to do once in a while. I do this when I’m off a cycle, and EVERYTIME I begin a cycle. I call it “protein cycling”. Simply put, you increase your protein intake by 30 grams a day ontop of your protein base, every 2 weeks, for 4 stages. It looks something like this:

Base Protein per Day: 350grams/day
Start AAS cycle
Week 1&2: protein = 380grams/day
Week 3&4: protein = 410grams/day
Week 5-8: protein = 440grams/day

Once my cycle has finished, I gradually decrease my protein intake the same way as I increased it, but I replace those calories with carbs and EFA’s. I never go below my protein base of 350grams. This way, I am able to maintain my gains by NOT lowering my total caloric intake. I hope this helps. Good luck.
