They have these things called labels. Read them. Every brand will be a little different depending on the level of processing.
Besides, 100g is way more than a cup. A cup should be around 80g based on most brands I've used. The Oatmeal I eat, which is rolled, for a 40g (1/2 cup) serving has the following stats:
0.5g sat fat
1g mono fat
1g poly fat
