anyone know how many calories you would need to eat over your daily calories expenditure to gain weight, so thats its mostly muscle.
i burn 3000 cals a day so i added 10% for my metabolism which left me at 3300.
how many would you guys recomend me eating i was thinking around 4500.
ive gained weight b4 on over 5000 cals but i put on too much fat with alot of muscle.
so i was thinking of eating less cals so less fat will be stored.
