Calories for Cutting

How many calories below maintainance would you drop for in a cutting program?

I’m planning to do Lactic Acid training.


500 IMO is Great that and simply up your energy expendature slowly as you stagnate is the best way.
Slow and steady.

Depends how lean you are - if you’re fatter you can drop your calories lower without losing muscle, but if you’re quite lean already then you’ll have to be carefull.
