Does anyone know a good website that lists the values for calories, protein, carbs, and fats of individual foods? The ones I’ve come across all have different values or seem to have a limited database. One said there are NO CARBS in a WHOLE egg.
Not a website, but for $8 you can get Corinne Netzer’s <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0440225647/qid=1080345593/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/103-1915282-2238214?v=glance&s=books"target=“new”>The Complete Book of Food Counts. It has ~850 pages!
