Calorie problems

I’m trying to follow the massive eating programme but i’m having problems fullfilling the calorie needs, according to Berardi I need 5700 calories a day just to maintain!
Today I logged a measly 3200 and was shocked at how short of the mark I was. My main problem is the P+F meals and getting enough calories into them as I don’t eat beef so any calorie rich food suggestions that you guys eat in these meals or any would be much appreiciated.

It’s bloody difficult not to cross the p+c+f barrier trying to do this diet so please help T-maggers.
