Calorie Intake

I usually have an AM and and PM workout M-W-F. On those days i workout at 10am and around 6pm. Throughout the day i get in around 4000cals, but after the AM workout, the earliest that i can eat is at 1pm. Will those 2 hours of no food hinder my results even though i still get in 4000 cals a day?


You’ll still grow because you’ll probably still be in a caloric surplus, but you really should try to eat something PWO.

You can’t have a shake quickly or something? It’s really not that hard.
