I read that to calculate your maintenance calories, figure 10 calories per lb times your weight. Does anyone know how many calories x weight should be used for successful weight loss?
I train 6 days/week, eat 6x/day (2-3 hours apart) and seem to be always hungry. I have two whole food meals comprised of protein and veggies-the others are shakes/bars.
I thought 10xBW was for weight loss. How long have you been doing that and what have your results been? That might be way too little based on your activity level. Want to post your daily diet?
