So my local grocery stores seem to have quit carrying this stuff. I love it for making shakes with, but alas. Does anyone know of a decent replacement for it?
Or rather, what do you mix your shakes with?

I use unsweetened, vanilla flavored almond milk. Per 8 ounces…
45 calories
3 grams fat
2 grams carbs, 1 gram fiber (If I recall)
Protein…I think it was 2 or so carbs
By itself it tastes alright…but in shakes in cereals I downright love the stuff. Makes shakes thick and creamy like milk. Definitely recommend it.
If not that, you could try using water+green tea. That’s what John Berardi has suggested in the past, I myself haven’t tried it yet though.
Almond milk hey… Sounds like it’s got good stats, I’ll have to keep an eye out.
half a cup of low fat milk, half a cup of water & half a scoop of protein gives about the same macronutrients. ill try get the dudes name who originally posted that on here…
