Hi, what formula do you recommend when trying to find your maintance caloric intake? How about the Harris Benedict equation? Have you found one more accurate? Thanks
Bottom line is, it doesn't really matter. It's not going to fit you exactly anyways. Pick a formula, use that as a starting point, and adjust your intake at regular intervals.
try doing 2 or 3 of them are find the range they give, or average the 3 of them out. In any event you will have to modify the cals to your body after a few trial and error weeks.
