Caloric Intake for “I’m Not Doing Jack Sh!t” Program?

What is the recommended caloric intake (i.e. approximately how many over maintenance) is recommended when only doing the main lifts with no accessory exercises?

It’s the same amount over maintenance in both instances. 200-300 calories over maintenance

Eat to recover from your training. I can’t imagine training in that style will create too much recovery demand.
