This was inspired by the “calling all wrestlers” thread.
I wanted to see what those into striking ma’s (I do olympic style Taekwondo) were using their off-season for.
Personally, I’m losing a bit of weight as well as increasing strength and speed. Westside to begin with and keeping volume pretty low. I want to add also some oly work, shock training and tabata as the off-season goes by. I have a pretty important tourney in november so I’m planning my training so I will dominate there.
Since the continuum articles came out I’m really interested in trying that out. Looks really cool!
