Calling all carbs.... and Bakers

I?m looking for some recipes for some protein loaded and low fat muffins, pancakes etc that I can use for a P+C meal during my bulking phase.

Any t-bakers out there?

I would recommend flax seed pancakes, or chocolate grow pancakes (yes, i did this, and they were tasty)

I’ll try to dig up some recipes…

By the way, before someone comments on heating up protein powder and how it denatures it, I used the grow for the sauce…

A looong while ago…many, many, moons ago…I had made a batch of purtee tasty tuna muffins.

Don’t know if I still have the recipe.

Here are some I use almost week in week out:

Protein Muffins
4 scoops whey protein
1/3 cup applesauce
1 egg
oatmeal or ground flax seeds
Splenda and cinnamon to taste

Protein Pancakes
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
Blueberries while cooking *optional

oh, I dug this up from a former post:

Protein Pancakes

1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese (1% also works)
6 egg whites (or 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites)
1/2 cup oats
liberal amounts of cinnamon and equal to taste (you can also add nutmeg)
