Call Me a Pussy, But This Is What I Did

I don't like needles. I know you are tougher than I am. That's ok. I can move on if you can..

I have run a standard Test E at 500mg/wk for 8 weeks in the past. I still didn't like needles. I didn't like the bloat, and I didn't like losing my mass.

I did a bunch of research regarding shorter cycles and tren and this is what I did. I'm pissed I don't have the calculations on me right now, but I'm sure you could work out the dosages if you want. (actually that'd be great, I can't find them.)

But to keep it simple, I bought 5 grams of Tren Ace powder. It cost about 60 bucks I think.

I bought 100 grams of Phlojel Ultra.

I compounded the all 5 grams of tren with 100 grams of phlojel ultra.

I applied 1/4 tsp 3 times per day for 11 days.
I took 50mg Winny split up evenly for 14 days.

I waited 3 weeks, and did that again.

My weight went from about 206 to a peak of about 223. I ate like crazy, body fat may have increased a percent or so, but didn't appear to be much. (7-8)

Six weeks later I weight about 216, and all the strength I gained has pretty much remained.

I had strong libido throughout as well as after. I never had any sides at all, I slept fine, I sweat a little more, but nothing of the crazy night sweats people complain of.

Obviously, if you want to get insanely huge, this isn't great.. But to get a lot of strength and gain around 10 or so lbs.. It's been great for me.

I plan to do this maybe once or twice a year.

You lost mass on 500mg T/week?

How much did you gain and how much mass did you lose on your 8 week Test cycle?

No AI = Bloat

No PCT = loss of gians

(Also no AI means you blow up, and piss out the water post cycle)

I know you don’t like needles, and thats perfectly understandable. I think though, that in the long run, if you are going to spend time on the dark side, you will find that injectables offer the best risk/benefit ratio.

Also, by avoiding injectable drugs, you are severely limiting your options.

Also: what westclock said. Tweak your AI for minimized bloating. Proper PCT.

Something that often gets overlooked: PCT includes not ONLY all the chemicals, but diet and training as well.

THIS

Diet and training post cycle is of equal importance as the drugs.
